Sending back made easy
Please follow the steps listed below if you want to send something back to us. You don’t have to do it this way, but it helps us to handle your return faster. Before you contact us please …
- Have your invoice ready to tell us the invoice number and/or the customer number
- Contact the person responsible (named on the invoice). Or send an email to vertrieb[a]dynamic-billard.de.
- The person responsible will create an internal case in our system and informs you about the further steps to take. The return number (RMA number) is identical with the order number.
- Fill out the return form which comes with the delivery and put it in the return box together with a copy of the invoice. (You can also download the return form HERE)
- Please use the original packaging for your return. If you do not possess the original packing any more, please provide a suitable packing to avoid any damage during transport.
We try to handle your return as fast as possible. Please understand that it can take up to 14 days until the whole process is completed.
Shipping costs for cancellations have to be paid by the customer (see cancellation policy). If the delivery was not what the customer has ordered, the product(s) arrived damaged, or if there is other qualified reasons (goods have been send twice e.g.) the shipping costs will be paid by us.
