Final consumer shipping costs

General information

You can find information about shipping costs for each item by clicking on the "plus shipping costs" link below the selling price. Shipping costs are only charged once and are based on the item in your order with the highest shipping costs.

We want to offer our goods at the best price, therefore we use a mix of shipping methods as you can see in the table listed below. Ihre Bestellung wird sofort bearbeitet. Your order will be immediately processed. The shipping times are listed on the product details pages. If the payment method is “prepayment” (bank transfer), the delivery time starts when we have received the payment.

Important : Please check the delivery immediately for completeness and damages of packaging and goods. In case of doubt, open the package in the presence of the deliverer. If there are any damages, let the deliverer make a note on the receipt. Later complains can’t be claimed at the forwarder.

Upon request we can offer you insured shipping with guaranteed delivery at 12:00 h at the next working day (if you order before 13:00 h at the previous day). If you want that, please phone us at +49 6841 99303-0.

Naturally you can also pick up the products at our warehouse in Kirkel-Limbach, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 15. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00. To avoid waiting time, please inform us beforehand by calling +49 6841 99303-0.

Free shipping starting from ...

Starting from an order value of 100.00 €, shipping is free inside of Germany
This applies to packages that longest side is not more than 155 cm and the weight is below 10 kg. This is the case for almost all the tables, soccer, air hockey, furniture, lamps (4 flames and up). Valid only for consumers (not traders).

Starting from an order value of 150.00 €, shipping is free for the following countries
France, Finland, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain and the Netherlands. This applies to packages that longest side is not more than 155 cm and the weight is below 10 kg. This is the case for almost all tables, soccer, air hockey, furniture, lamps (4 flames and up). Valid only for consumers (not traders).

Starting from an order value of 250.00 €, we grant additional 3% discount
This applies only for consumers (not traders) if the payment method is “prepayment” (bank transfer). Excluded are products of the manufacturer MEZZ, EXCEED and PREDATOR. Note: discounts can’t be accumulated above 10%!

Customers outside Germany please note:
Unfortunately we are not able to offer you “delivery with carrier” for a flat price outside Germany for all our products. You can pick up the goods at our warehouse (DE 66459 Kirkel, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 15) or contact us for an individual offer to deliver the goods to your country.

Customers from islands please note:
Delivery to islands is not always possible. You can pick up the goods at our warehouse (DE 66459 Kirkel, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 15) or contact us before ordering to find out if a delivery to your island is an option.
