Conditions for participation and execution in our online competition for the evaluation of products

Eligibility:
Visitors to our online shop who shop with an end customer account, are at least 18 years old and have experience with our products are entitled to participate. Minors are excluded from participation.
Our employees and persons directly involved in the implementation of the competition as well as dealers who shop in our shop with a business customer account are not entitled to participate.
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these conditions of participation. The decisions of the organizer in all matters relating to the competition are final and binding.

Participation:
The following requirements must be met for participation:
The participant submits a product rating using the product rating form in the organiser's online shop. After receipt, we check the rating for authenticity. After the rating has been approved by us, the submitter will automatically take part in the next raffle. The more ratings a participant submits, the higher the chances of winning. Participation will be electronically logged.

In the event of a dispute regarding participation, the rightful owner's email address used for registration will be deemed the participant. The legal owner is the natural person who registered the e-mail address with an Internet service provider or other mail service. The organizer is entitled to ask the participant to provide proof of legality.
The participant is responsible for ensuring that his data is correct. In particular, the email address. Entries with invalid or incomplete data (e.g. invalid email address) will be disqualified.
There is no entitlement to participate in the competition.

Implementation and processing:
The winners will be drawn at random from all participants and notified of the prize by e-mail.

Description of the prizes:
The organizer raffles a shopping voucher worth 100 euros every 12 weeks.

General:
The organizer can terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. In particular, if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
The organizer may exclude persons from participation if:

Manipulations (e.g. during access or implementation)
Violations of the Conditions of Participation
Unfair dealing
Information that is false or misleading

Impairments caused by technical aids can result in criminal or civil law consequences. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to assert claims for damages and to withdraw or reclaim prizes. Failure to enforce any provision herein shall not constitute a waiver of compliance with the provision.

Privacy:
The participant agrees that his data will be stored by the organizer for the duration of the competition. In the event of a win, the organizer reserves the right to publish the winner's first name, first letter of last name and place of residence in the organizer's online shop and on social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. The participant can object to the publication after receiving the notification of the prize. In the notification of the winner, the participant will be informed separately of his right to object.
The participant can revoke the consent given to the processing of his data at any time. With the revocation, he withdraws from participation in the competition.
The participant has a right to information, correction, blocking and deletion of his data according to the Federal Data Protection Act, provided that the requirements for this are met (cf. § 35 BDSG).

The organizer is obliged to protect the privacy of the participants. The participant data will be processed in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, the Telemedia Act and the European Data Protection Directive (95/46/EG) and EU Data Protection Directive for Electronic Communications 02/58/EG.

Liability:
With the handover of the prize to the participant, the organizer is released from all obligations. If the organizer has any obligation towards the participant at all.
The organizer is liable in the event of fraudulent intent, intent or gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. Damages caused by the organizer through simple negligence will only be compensated if it is a matter of breach of an essential obligation, the non-compliance of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and/or the fulfillment of which enables the competition to be carried out properly and on the fulfillment of which the participant may regularly trust (cardinal obligation).
He also accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete or late entries, whether due to delays in transportation or incompleteness due to system errors. Furthermore, the organizer assumes no responsibility for registrations that are not received or not received in full due to circumstances of force majeure, such as traffic jams, unauthorized intervention by third parties, malfunctions of computer or telecommunications systems or incorrect or failed recording of incoming data transmissions. Proof of transmission does not count as proof of receipt by the organizer. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties and fees not specified in these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous:
The legal process is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is exclusively applicable, excluding the reference provisions of private international law. In the event that the buyer is a consumer, this only applies insofar as the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
